In the context of Landmark, Terrain refers only to the building material textures that mimic those found in all of the biomes.

  • All of the Terrain can be sampled while building using the Eyedropper Tool if they are within your build site before you alter it.

In Landmark, these textures mimic those most often associated with real-world grasses and groundcover, various types of soil or soil in various states (damp dirt vs. parched dirt), snow, and ice.

The most popular texture among these are those which mimic naturally occurring stone and gravel, in part because it is the most versatile of the unlimited, free-to-use building materials.

As a Building MaterialEdit

Terrain is an extremely diverse texture category. New textures are added all of the time, so check your the building materials section of the mega-palette in Build Mode in-game to see all textures.
